- Items not quoted shall be deemed & regarded as Variation Order (VO)
- Ala-carte items not inclusive of hacking/ demolition works
- Quotation based on floorplan/ estimation. Subject to final site measurements
- Quotation does not include any additional fees incurred/ required by the relevant authorities/ building management
- Upon acceptance, agreement signed cannot be terminated/ cancelled, otherwise a 30% forfeiture of the total amount will be charged.
- Warranty against workmanship defects only and does not include normal wear & tear/ acts of god
- Gong Studio reserves the right to amend the price quotes accordingly.
- Gong Studio reserves the right to halt/ delay/ stop existing works in the event of any default in payments.
- Gong Studio reserves the right to replace/ substitute material of the same value should the same not be available.
Payment Terms
- Upon confirmation of deposit $500
- Commencement of works (50% of contractual quote)
- Prior to commencement of carpentry fabrication (45% of contractual quote)
- Within 7 days of completion after handing over (5% of contractual quote)
- Modes of payment include Cheque/ Credit Card/ Cash/ Telegraphic Transfer to Gong Studio Private Limited (UEN 201936954G)
- 24 months warranty on all workmanship and 12 months warranty of equipment.
